The first year experience of our company under the name of Eichrom showed that maintaining the name Eichrom caused confusion as well to our customers as to our suppliers. Therefore we decided to change our name:
On June 1st 2008 Eichrom Environment became TrisKem International.
 
As an independent small enterprise, TrisKem International is to be the leader in the area of conception of technical solutions, the production and the commercialization of products for the surveillance of environment, employees and installations. This particularly includes the supply and the production of extraction chromatographic resins.
 
Our strength is our expertise, availability, communication and flexibility. Anne Raoult, our quality manager, as representative of the president, through her authority remains your privileged contact.
 
In an effort to continuously improve our services, we have obtained the ISO 9001 Certification of all our activities and according to your expectation we have put in place our own production. Our technical support and our customer service keep pursuing and improving the services formerly provided by Eichrom Environment.

Since its creation in Europe in 1997, Eichrom has commercialized chemical separation technologies with high added value. The extraction chromatographic resins represent a new approach to the separation of radionuclides (actinides and fission products) from various sample matrices (environmental, medical, bio-assays and wastes matrices).
 
Our products have become the standard technology in the field of radiochemistry with methods used by accredited laboratories (AREVA, BNFL, CEA, NNC,…) and regulatory organizations (IRSN, IAEA,…) .
 
In 2007, Dr. Michaela Langer, managing director of Eichrom Europe SAS, had the opportunity to buy the resin activity of Eichrom Europe and the right to produce the extraction chromatographic resins in Europe using the know-how developed and patented by the American company Eichrom Technologies Inc.
 
Eichrom Environment SAS at a capital of 40 000 Euros was created on February 1st 2007 with Dr. Michaela Langer as main share holder.
 
On June 1st 2008, Eichrom Environment changed its name to TrisKem International SAS for a better brand recognition and to facilitate the communication and relationship with our customers and our suppliers.
 
TrisKem International SAS stays an independent medium size enterprise. Backed by French capital, she is dedicated to the sale of the resins and the technical support of customers.  TrisKem International SAS is now producing the extraction chromatographic resins in its own production laboratory in Rennes (35, France). 
 
Today, the TrisKem team works with laboratories in 42 countries in Europe, South Africa and Middle East, but also with an international network of renown experts in radiochemistry on which the company can rely.
 
Our Technical Support is dedicated to assist laboratories working in the area of environmental monitoring, determination and measurement of radioactivity. We support our customers in their research and development activities, and in implementing new applications and technical solutions.
 
TrisKem’s management commits to maintaining and continuously improving the high quality of the customer service and the manufacturing of the products. Further the development of sustainable Research and Development partnerships with our customers remains one of our main goals.

This quality manual describes the general disposition general taken by TrisKem International to obtain and assure the quality of its activities in the application domain mentioned above. These dispositions are completed by a list of procedures of the quality management system, including these of the management of documents and registrations, internal audit and the management of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions.
