TrisKem International, a French SME, based in Rennes suburbs in Brittany, France is requiring Export Sales Assistant.
Triskem International manufactures and develops extraction chromatographic resins used in analytical, radiochemistry and nuclear medicine processes.
70% of its turnover comes from sales in more than 60 countries.
Triskem is organised between its R&D laboratories, its Manufacturing and Administrative units located in its owned head office based at Bruz in Brittany, France.
Consequently to a maternity leave, Triskem is looking for Export Sales Assistant.
Your mission will be to help the Administrative Sales Department Officer in managing the customers’ relationship and dealing with the good practices of our Administrative Sales Department.
Your main activities will be:
- To be on reception
- To deal with the customers’ requests
- To prepare the orders (about 40% of the workload)
You have a diploma in International Business or an equivalent experience in International Sales Administration.
A knowledge of international business rules and tools is essential (incoterms, shipment and international regulation).
You are fluent in French and a working knowledge of English language is required.
Triskem offers a 6-month contract starting on March 4th 2019 in duplication with our current assistant.
